I will not recommend this place for acne at all. I went for a couple of months and I ended up changing doctors and they didn’t help me at all.

Dr. Moss is good but the girls who work in front are so unprofessional. They cater to Hispanic people over anything. Every time I go there I have a issue with them. They don’t care.. you’ll be speaking to them andone of them would interject in Spanish. I speak a little Spanish and I’m happy they don’t know that but they are always talking about their lunch and personal business. They let people skip people if you don’t notice.

I was not even seen by the doctor but by er assistants. There was a long wait time for the assistant to see me and was rushed out within 5 minutes. I was told I shouldn’t be drinking the antibiotics THEYprescribed me for so long when it is them that sent in refills not me. Before I could ask questions another lady came into the room and told the other lady that she’d finish up. When I tried to ask her about my prescriptions she told me several times that I wa done and good to leave. I’ve been coming to this doctor many times before and never before I was rushed out like that. Definitely not coming back

Dr. Moss is good. She made me feel like she’s always knew me. She was honest and ready to tackle the problem asap. She give me advice and different options as well. The receptionist honestly were unprofessional I had to goup to the desk twice. The first time to get my paperwork started then it was to get called after waiting for a hour. They originally told me she didn’t have many patients but I had to wait for over an hour and I had to go up to the desk to make sure they were doing their job.

Im sure Moss is a great Doctor but this is my second time at her office and both experiences has been awful. Both of my visits were three years apart and I thought I’d give them another try. Absolutely nothing haschanged from 2015 to now! All 4 of their receptionist were cold and very uninviting. They all had their heads down and spoke to me without eye contact. And every time I ask why the wait is so long being that I’m the only person that she seeing, I get the same excuse every time “they’re short staffed.” Their service is terrible and I wouldn’t go to their office if they were the only clinic on earth.

In my opinion I think Dr.Moss is very talented and good at diagnosis. I saw improvement within 3 days of using the medications. My rating is less because of the wait time and the less time they spend with the patientabout asking questions etc. This was my third time visiting the doctor office and all three times I had to wait about two hours. The first time I waited one and half hours outside and then was asked if I would like to see her assistant instead. I had to wait another half hour inside for Dr.Moss since I opted no and only had 5 min consultant time with her , the follow ups visits were even less. Also they seem to send patients who come after you before etc; unless you prompt them they wont check you in..Another patient also had the same experience ... I raised this with the assistant doctor during this visit .... hope they do something about it.

When I arrived I waited for over an hour even though I made an appointment and pre-filled out all of my information online. She could not give me a diagnosis or even any information about why I was seeing her. Sheprovided a prescription for a steroid cream and that was it. I waited over an hour so she could see me for 1 min. I will never visit this office again.

I felt that the appointment was rushed. Didn't feel welcome. Wanted to look into more options and discuss them with the professional examining me but there was no examination. Shouldn't you at least look at the acne I'm referring to beforejust upping my dose? It wasn't even busy so I don't understand what the rush was about.

I waited more than an hour to be seen by the doctor for 10 minutes. During my wait, the reception staff was rude and dismissive. Not once did reception check in with me to try to manage expectations about the waittime or apologize for the delay. It was an unpleasant experience and I would not recommend this practice.

As always, my visit was excellent. Dr. Moss is a very knowledgeable, skilled and caring physician. She is genuinely concerned about her patients and takes the time to listen. Following a careful examination, Dr. Moss clearly explains the diagnosisand her suggested course of treatment. I am fortunate to have her as my physician.

This was my first time visiting this doctor's office. I chose it based on other's reviews and how close it was to my home. My appointment was at 1pm, and I arrived 10 min beforehand. They did not even call meback to see the doctor until 2pm. There was no apology or any kind of acknowledgement that I had just wasted my time. The doctor was very nice but spoke in a way where I couldn't tell if she was laughing at how trivial my concerns were or if that's just how she was. When my consultation was over, I waited for someone to come back into the room when I finished getting dressed to say thank you or to say you are free to go, but no one ever came. So I showed myself out and left with no one even speaking to me! Just seemed like I was the least of their concerns. I will probably be looking for a smaller, more intimate office who values my time and business in the future.
