Very knowledgable and sweet! She addressed the issue and I will be going back for a follow-up in 2 weeks for any progress.
Front desk staff are awful. Doctor's office and there was no pen to sign in with , staff at the front was just rude.
She seemed knowledgeable, friendly but a bit quiet and not forthcoming with info about my condition unless prompted...
Verified patient
Love this doctor, she spoke to me very sweet and gave me creams to help. Hopefully I can get a procedure done as well

Very professional. The DR. Took pride in her job. She, was very concerned. I like the entire visit.
She took care of my problem and was nice and courteous. Wait time is not the best so be prepared.
The wait was a little longer than I expected but the actual visit with Dr. Moss made up for it.

front desk OK, loud TV in the waiting room, dirty bathroom. Doctor is nice, though.
I love dr Moss, she is very professional. I would definitely recommend her

I will not recommend this place for acne at all. I went for a couple of months and I ended up changing doctors and they didn’t help me at all.
The staff was awesome

Dr. Moss is good but the girls who work in front are so unprofessional. They cater to Hispanic people over anything. Every time I go there I have a issue with them. They don’t care.. you’ll be speaking to them and one of them would interject in Spanish. I speak a little Spanish and I’m happy they don’t know that but they are always talking about their lunch and personal business. They let people skip people if you don’t notice.
Verified patient
Dr.Moss was wonderful. Just wait time was insanely long even though my appointment time was 3:30, I don’t get to see doctor until 5:30.... it was the first time ever to wait that long using Zocdoc
Verified patient
Wait time is so long, but everyone was nice.
Very pleasant (:

I was not even seen by the doctor but by er assistants. There was a long wait time for the assistant to see me and was rushed out within 5 minutes. I was told I shouldn’t be drinking the antibiotics THEY prescribed me for so long when it is them that sent in refills not me. Before I could ask questions another lady came into the room and told the other lady that she’d finish up. When I tried to ask her about my prescriptions she told me several times that I wa done and good to leave. I’ve been coming to this doctor many times before and never before I was rushed out like that. Definitely not coming back

Dr. Moss is good. She made me feel like she’s always knew me. She was honest and ready to tackle the problem asap. She give me advice and different options as well. The receptionist honestly were unprofessional I had to go up to the desk twice. The first time to get my paperwork started then it was to get called after waiting for a hour. They originally told me she didn’t have many patients but I had to wait for over an hour and I had to go up to the desk to make sure they were doing their job.

Great Derm!
Verified patient
Im sure Moss is a great Doctor but this is my second time at her office and both experiences has been awful. Both of my visits were three years apart and I thought I’d give them another try. Absolutely nothing has changed from 2015 to now! All 4 of their receptionist were cold and very uninviting. They all had their heads down and spoke to me without eye contact. And every time I ask why the wait is so long being that I’m the only person that she seeing, I get the same excuse every time “they’re short staffed.” Their service is terrible and I wouldn’t go to their office if they were the only clinic on earth.
The wait was definitely long especially for such a quick appointment but I highly appreciated Dr Moss lack of judging or trying to sell me on anything cosmetic. She was kind and professional.

I waited about 30 mins before being seen which is not bad. I was seen by Dr Tamara Moss Associate and the interaction was less than 5 mins and was sent prescription to my pharmacy. Highly Recommended!
Nice people. Easy instructions

Perfect. Everything went smoothly

In my opinion I think Dr.Moss is very talented and good at diagnosis. I saw improvement within 3 days of using the medications. My rating is less because of the wait time and the less time they spend with the patient about asking questions etc. This was my third time visiting the doctor office and all three times I had to wait about two hours. The first time I waited one and half hours outside and then was asked if I would like to see her assistant instead. I had to wait another half hour inside for Dr.Moss since I opted no and only had 5 min consultant time with her , the follow ups visits were even less. Also they seem to send patients who come after you before etc; unless you prompt them they wont check you in..Another patient also had the same experience ... I raised this with the assistant doctor during this visit .... hope they do something about it.

When I arrived I waited for over an hour even though I made an appointment and pre-filled out all of my information online. She could not give me a diagnosis or even any information about why I was seeing her. She provided a prescription for a steroid cream and that was it. I waited over an hour so she could see me for 1 min. I will never visit this office again.

Very fast and polite.
Se le nota que es una profesional

I felt that the appointment was rushed. Didn't feel welcome. Wanted to look into more options and discuss them with the professional examining me but there was no examination. Shouldn't you at least look at the acne I'm referring to before just upping my dose? It wasn't even busy so I don't understand what the rush was about.
The front office staff was pleasant. Dr Moss spent adequate time with me to explain any concerns. The only downside was the air time. 1:30 . Way too long.
