I went in for an issue that was resolved in less than one minute, and yet, I still felt like he was rushing to get out of there.
There wasn’t any — ‘any other skin concerns we can discuss’ or general bedside manner.
I ended up asking and raising one more concern even though my total appointment time was still only between 5-10 minutes. He gave a perfectly polite and reasonable answer but I ended up getting a second opinion on that skin concern. He said that what Brian told me was a bit outdated.

I visited today for a rash concern and had an excellent experience. The staff was welcoming and made me feel safe and comfortable right away. Although the area I needed examined felt uncomfortable to bring up initially, Dr. Ben Do and the medical assistant handled everything with such professionalism and kindness that I immediately felt at ease. They took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure I understood my care. It was a very reassuring and positive experience

Go elsewhere! I had a very Unpleasant experience, he was a poor listener. Came off very pretentious and dismissive as opposed to being knowledgeable in his field. I left feeling unheard, overlooked, and dismissed. I was prescribed a topical medication without being given a verbal diagnosis or proper assessment of what he believed it could be. Huge red flag.
I listened to my instincts and went for a second opinion. Best decision I made. I received proper treatment along with a skin scrapping procedure for testing. As a patient your health is on the line! Always advocate for yourself Find a medical provider that will actually provide responsible treatment.
