Very friendly staff and doctors, however my entire visit took 3 hours. I’m not sure if I visited on an off day or what, but I don’t have that kind of time on a regular basis. Some things seemed disorganized (leaving the room often to get equipment etc). All in all not a terrible experience since the staff was so friendly.

Dr Tamara is AMAZING. I have never had someone so thorough and caring. All of the doctors that I've had in the past have always seemed like they were quick to rush me out. Dr Tamara took her time to listen, and address every single one of my concerns. I could not recommend her enough. With my few visits with her, I have developed a loyalty to her and this business. I highly recommend her. I want to give a special thank you to this practice for always taking good care of me.

I scheduled an appointment about a week in advance to be seen today, the 4th of July, at 9:30am as their office says they’re open from 8-5pm today and there were multiple time slots to choose from for today on Zocdoc. I got to the building and found the suite 223 and the door was locked. I knocked for about 3-5 minutes and then I called the number for the office and could hear the phone ring from inside the building but no one answered. If they were closed today, I would’ve appreciated someone calling to let me know. Or I would’ve expected a call to reschedule because they had a week to see that I had reserved an appointment for today…. Whether or not this was their fault or the ZocDocs app’s fault, I didn’t appreciate wasting my time by driving all the way over there just to not get seen. Definitely not rescheduling

When I arrived I was the only one there and it seemed as though they weren’t aware of my appointment. I made the appointment day of with ZocDoc so not sure if that caused confusion but I felt as though I was intruding on downtime the office had and didn’t feel very welcomed.
Also, I just wanted to get a PCP set up in the area and it felt as though the staff wasn’t sure why I was even coming in. I haven’t had a physical in quite sometime but it felt as though they were hesitant to even want to get medical history and a baseline from me.
Will come back for my follow up but unsure if I want to continue having this office/staff as my PCP.

Wait time was longer than expected but once seen the provider was thorough. I felt she listened to my concerns and did her best to provide appropriate treatment for all my issues. Overall, I had a good experience.

No clear communication between staff and patients. There seemed to be a higher volume than they were expecting the day of as I was seen two hours over my appointment and not enough communication about the situation or apology until the doctor finally saw me. I had though that they forgot I was even in one of the rooms waiting to be seen and it just seemed disorganized. I understand that doctor's office get busy and can be empathetic of that, however, the lack of communication regarding any treatment or procedures following after being checked in as though my appointment never went through that was set up through ZocDoc did not spark confidence. Tamarah Enriquez was nice, but none of it made up for the experience leading up to what would've been a 20min. visit at most.

This was hands down the best doctor's visit I've ever had. All of my problems were previously overlooked by other providers. Versus this office was very attentive and genuinely concerned about my issues and trying their best to get things resolved. Dr. Enriquez was very professional and comforting, best bed side manner I've ever had. You can tell she actually cares about her patients. Will definitely be coming back!! Highly recommend !!!

Wow - dr. Tamara was OUTSTANDING. She was so humane, kind, and genuine. She asked great questions and investigated my illness/conditions to really understand what I was going through. She made me feel very comfortable. She was quick and direct and you can tell she really cares for her patients and is passionate about bettering and healing people. It has been a while since I have been treated by someone who cares the way she does. I will definitely be using her as my primary care provider. I went in for a physical and came out loving the attentiveness and care her and her team provided.
Also, the front office receptionist was very warm and welcoming. I didn’t get her name but she worked on 4/17 in the evening time. She made me and my partner laugh and was so positive and eager to help. The medical assistant or nurse that treated me as well was very kind and did an amazing job.
Thank you to this office - really embodied the meaning of healing and caring for their patients. 10/10.

The 3 ladies I encountered were extremely helpful and pleasant. Very professional, I wasn’t able to arrive 30 to 15 minutes before my visit so I did have a little wait after I was placed in my room but my visit was informative. They listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable.
