The visit with Dr, Mallory went well. However I was being seen at the immediate care center and the waiting room was full when I arrived. I scheduled an appointment on line for 2:00pm but was not seen until after 4:30pm. There were a lot of children who certainly needed to be seen before me, but the on line appointment scheduler seems pointless under circumstances where there are so many people who are walk-ins and are seen on a first come-first serve basis. I was very pleased with the facility, Dr. Mallory and the staff.
