I had an excellent experience at the office visit. The doctor came highly recommended and I was not disappointed. He listened to me and immediately came up with a plan to get my diabetes under control. Also, regulate my chronic pain issues. Excellent bedside manner and courteous, friendly staff.

Doctor blatantly lied then tried to act as if he didn't when he did it in front of his own staff. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism from a doctor in my life. I would say steer clear of this office especially if you're African-American.

By far the best doctor we have seen for annual physical as a PCP. He spends sufficient time with the patient and answers all questions and addresses all concerns without feeling rushed at all.

Never had such a horrible experience in doctor’s office.
Visited doctor’s office on Friday at 11 AM in morning. Doctor’s office was supposed to Oder my medicine to nearby CVS. Had been to the CVS at 3 PM, the order was not there. I called doctors office multiple times. The office was not picking up the phone until 4 PM. Finally, when they picked it, said they will inform the doctor immediately to order the medicines. But alas, nothing happened on that whole day. Had to call doctors office on Saturday, got the same response that doctor will send the order immediately. But again nothing happened. Finally got the medicine only on Monday.
Never saw such unprofessional, lazy office ever. Never again.
Doctor is a poor listener, staffs (only 2 stuffs, one receptionist and one nurse) are slow, receptionist was rude, ignorant, and not responsive.
Only positive experience is with the nurse there.
Overall horrible experience.

I tried several times to call the office to confirm my appointment to make sure they were open. Every time I called it said mailbox was full. I called 17 times! 17! Within a days period of time. Each time it said “provider was busy”.

Waited over an hour to see the doctor. The walls are thin so you can hear the other patients conversation with the doctor and the staff’s conversation.

The receptionist and nurse were super nice - no complaints there. The doctor, absolutely awful. He was rude and disrespectful. While I was waiting in the patient room, I heard him on the phone for over 30 minutes. Keep in mind, my appointment was already 45 minutes past the start time. I waited a total of an 1hr & 15mins before "seeing" him. At that point I needed to leave, so I did.

Follow was not handled professionally at all. Never heard back from the doctor had to follow-up with the office twice and still did not hear back. It takes less than 5 mins to reschedule an appointment and that couldn’t be done. Very disappointing.
