Her nursing experience is well rounded with specialized training for Intensive Care patients ranging from Trauma, Neuro, Medical Surgical, and Cardiovascular.
She received her Masters of Science in Nursing: Family Nurse Practitioner’s degree from the University of Phoenix in 2021. Her specialty clinical rotations included Endocrinology, Cardiology, Pulmonology, and Women’s Health which empowers her to provide comprehensive care for her patients.
Born and raised in Hawaii, Tanya encompasses her Aloha spirit to ensure each patient is part of the AMA Ohana (family) and strives to provide compassionate, quality care for her patients to live their best and healthiest life.
Tanya is married with 4 children, enjoys traveling, and is a sports enthusiast. Her off time is spent with her family or on a beach in Hawaii.

Typical visit, expected diagnosis, and prescription.
However, not pleased that I had to go to the pharmacy at 3 different times in the next 24 hours before the prescription was finally written correctly.

Tanya was so nice! I waited a bit past my appointment time to see her but after meeting with her I understood why. She is kind and pointedly thorough with her analysis and talks to her clients about options so they understand them all. She also didn't pressure me to do any treatments day of and mentioned understanding wanting to research the options presented that day. The office staff is super nice and Tanya mentioned they have many other services available at the location, such as mental health and esthetician care. Very convenient!

I scheduled a annual well women’s check and she was nice enough but did not even do a physical assessment. Didn’t listen to my heart, lungs, literally nothing. I needed a lab order and she ordered the wrong thing. I know that places like this are busy and rushed but it was a 5 minute appointment that was completely unhelpful.
