Dr. Kormeili is a nationally recognized Board Certified dermatologist. She is presently an Assistant Clinical Professor in Dermatology David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA.
A magna cum lade graduate and two time Regents Scholar of the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), Dr. Kormeili completed her four year dermatology residency at the prestigious University of California Irvine.
In addition to prestigious book chapters, Dr. Kormeili has been published multiple times in peer-reviewed medical journals, and has been invited to give presentations at academic dermatological meetings here in the United States and abroad. Dr. Kormeili has also conducted important medical research in all the various areas of dermatology. She has received extensive training in clinical research and has been a sub-investigator in various clinical trials presented to the Food and Drug Administration. Dr. Kormeili has also received two separate international awards from the Chilean Society of Dermatology and Venereology, and the XVI CILAD Congress of Dermatology in Columbia. She received an award for her research which was presented at the World Congress of Dermatology in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 2007. Two of her peer reviewed publications in the British Journal of Dermatology have been translated into various languages and are among the most cited articles in dermatology. Dr. Kormeili has received numerous honors and awards for her contribution to the field of dermatology.
Dr. Kormeili prides herself on provides the absolute best service and care to each of her patients. She treats patients for cosmetic procedures, medical dermatology, skin cancers, laser surgery and other surgical procedures, including Mohs surgery.
