Dr. Sibrava manages the complex care team at the AZPC Care Center located in Gilbert. In her role, Dr. Sibrava brings 10 years of Internal Medicine experience ranging from the Intensive Care Unit to the Primary Care exam room. She received her medical degree from Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine and did her residency in Cleveland, Ohio. She has found her home in our sunny state as the Complex Care Physician at the Gilbert Care Center. She is dedicated to helping patients with their complex medical needs, supporting them through care coordination, education, medication, and disease management. Dr. Sibrava currently resides in Ahwatukee with her family and enjoys spending time outdoors.
The Care Center is designed to complement a patient's treatment in two important ways. The first is to support the management of complex cases where patients have chronic diseases requiring time and resources that are not always easy to provide. The second is to provide immediate care when when primary providers are not available due to a busy schedule or after your office hours. We can also extend primary care provider capabilities by delivering treatments that require long duration's or continuous monitoring. Our staff and equipment stand ready to deliver care that can be safely conducted in the outpatient setting.
