Tara was very knowledgeable and she made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions, gave me all the info I needed, made recommendations, was very easy to talk to, and was a great listener. this was a great last-minute appointment, and u was very happy with the staff and the dr. I had a good experience, everyone was nice there wasnt a wait time. Everything was quick however I thought I was seeing a dermatologist that could help me but they just gave me a referral and a prescription.

This facility was not in the best physical condition, there was a distinct, foul odor and the temperature was uncomfortably hot. There was visible condensation on the windows and water stains on the ceiling. I was seen right away though, after paying a higher-than-usual fee. The practitioner who saw me spoke at a rapid-fire pace and had the general air and mannerisms of someone rushing through the current task to get to their next to-do, which was confusing because this clinic was a ghost town and they had no other patients to tend to besides myself. I didn't feel fully listened to, and the concerns I was there to discuss were pretty quickly dismissed and rejected. I was sent to another facility for follow-up care with instructions that were totally inaccurate, and I now have to re-book an entirely new appointment elsewhere and start from scratch. The fee I paid to see that practitioner was a total waste. 0/10 would not recommend.

This was the best I’ve ever felt leaving a GYN apt. Everyone was so warm and caring. My apt was right on time and Dr. Halpern was kind and knowledgeable. So happy to have found a GYN I trust and like :-)
