I traveled 1.5 hours each way to see this doctor. When I arrived, "Kendyo" dismissively told me that the doctor called out today and that she had called me. I asked her if she left a voicemail- she said no. I then showed her colleague my phone and asked if there were any missed calls from their number- again, no. Rude, unprofessional, zero customer service skills, condescending Gen-Z. Avoid this place!

It was a very good visit. The staff was welcoming, friendly and efficient. Dr Mellissa was very pleasant and she handled me with care and utmost respect. I will recommend to anyone needing a gynecologist.

The front desk staff was kind and helpful, but unfortunately my experience with the doctor was disappointing. She spent less than a minute in the exam room with me, dismissed my concerns without addressing them, and reassured me that “everything is fine” without even looking into the issue. I left feeling unheard and brushed aside, despite knowing something was wrong. It seemed more like the priority was rushing through as many patients as possible rather than providing proper care and attention

I booked her on the same day and got to see her the same day!
The office is very neat, clean, and organized. Her staff Razy & Jassi are very proactive and get the job done. The doctor is on point with her timing and she’s very attentive. She’s amazing at her job as an OB-GYN!!!! She doesn’t walk away until your needs are fully met!! She asks questions and she doesn’t make you feel rushed. This office is so great I do recommend coming her. Also please be aware if you want to receive good service you must be polite and have good manners too!

Overall my experience was good. I was seen by a different doctor than who I booked, but she was very nice. The receptionist was also very sweet. The doctor seemed very experienced, and was very straight forward. My iud removal had no pain, only some pressure and discomfort. Do expect to wait some time, I was in the doctors office for about 1.5 hours total. I would go back again!

I checked in via the iPad and waited over an hour before a receptionist informed me she had called me 30 minutes earlier—a call I never heard despite being in the waiting area. After being moved between rooms, I was seen by Dr. Sarita Khatri, MD, instead of my scheduled doctor, Dr. Melissa Strafford. She told me that I couldn’t have my IUD inserted that day because it needed to be ordered in advance—information that wasn’t communicated during booking or check-in. When I sought guidance on choosing an IUD, she focused solely on severe risks without offering compassionate advice. I mentioned I was overdue for a pap smear and requested it be done during this visit. The doctor’s bedside manner was lacking: she didn’t leave the room while I changed (continued typing on the computer) did not explain the procedure, and disposed of bloody forceps in the regular trash, raising biohazard concerns. Overall, it was an extremely unpleasant experience, and I wouldn’t recommend returning.

Wouldn't recommend, I originally came for a 4:45 appointment and it was still people in the office waiting for their appointment which was hours ago. I'm not sure if it was because the day of the week but office was super understaffed. Doctors had no compassion. I wouldn't return.

This is such an unprofessional place.
First they close down an office that I had an appointment in didn’t call me but got a text telling me that location was closed. Then when I make another appointment at the new facility they are so short staffed that everyone has to wait more than an hour .
It’s really bad .

I went to the clinic, and it was closed. An employee was also at the door, not understanding what was happening. But the whole experience has been weird since I booked an appointment with a Doctor, and when they confirmed my appointment, they said a nurse would see me. Also, the address on the ZocDoc is not the actual address where they will see you.

She was very apathetic and dismissed my concerns about weight gain, saying I could be overeating due to depression when I literally have a condition that makes my appetite insatiable and told her that. I already see a therapist and don’t overeat due to being depressed
She then referred me to the clinic downstairs that offers weight loss shots; that’s it, did not have any sympathy. She didn’t offer any other medication to help, claiming she has nothing she can offer for it but I’ve been to a gynecologist that did offer different solutions for my PCOS

Jaya Bahl is the NP that sees patients instead of this doctor. Absolutely horrid, seemed unintelligent, lacking critical thinking to diagnose properly let alone the ability to focus on patient details for an extended period of time. Extremely aggressive and rough with something as sensitive as female genitalia and that too for someone who is half disabled and older. Aggressive orders to move how she likes without taking into account patient's ability or comfort. cannot even properly carry out a prognosis of what we actually came to visit for, which are the breasts as opposed to vaginal health, and when asked why she isn't focusing, behaving properly or is the one treating us instead of the actual real doctor, she shouts at us to leave the premises! that she would call the security on us! we asked her to not only go ahead, but that we are calling the police instead. disorganized and incapable front desk too, that consistently called even though forms and insurance were submitted.

I unfortunately can’t review this specific doctor as although I booked with the doctor on Zocdoc I was given a different doctor when I arrived to my appointment. The office also seems very unorganized, their tv was under maintenance in the waiting room, the self check in wasn’t working properly so they had to do my insurance and ID manually again, after I finished checking in. Once I was called in (about 30 minute wait), the room that I was first in, the computer was not working as well so I was transferred to a different room and when I was in that room there were supplies (needles, etc.) just laying out on the countertop. The nurse, person before I saw the doctor, seemed unsure of what she was doing. I had to repeat myself multiple times and she didn’t understand why I was making my appointment. I think I’ll be searching for a different office for my gynecology needs.

I never met with Dr. Stratford, it was a whole other doctor.
Staff was unfriendly, and did not know questions I was asking about billing/insurance. They seemed confused about any questions with insurance and said I don’t know.
Doctors that I met were nice and good listeners. It was the receptionist that made my visit unpleasant.
