This was my first visit with Dr. Shah. She and her assistant, Natalia, were very friendly and welcoming. They spent more than adequate time with me, and the exam was thorough. When discussing medications, she also informed me of how each medicine works, why she thinks it's a good choice, and alternatives if it doesn't suit me. All of the staff was friendly and professional.
