Dr. Batista was thoughtful and listened to all of my questions. I hadn't been to see a doctor in quite some time and she, along with everyone on staff, made the whole process easy for me.
She gave clear directions and was thorough, didn't seem to mind spending time explaining things to me and I didn't feel rushed to get out the door, which was a big plus.
