My visits are always informative and right on time.
One the the worst experiences I've ever had with a doctor.
Took over 2 hours for what should have taken 10 minutes. Also stated it was in-network for my insurance and later learned this office had misrepresented that pricing.
Always excellent as usual. I have a great rapport with him, and every time I meet with him I know I made the right choice for PCP.
Very good like always
Had previously seen Dr. Yigazu when he was in my HMO's network, but then he moved out of it. Was glad that he came back right when I was looking for a new primary care physician. I knew immediately that I made the right choice. He is very knowledgeable, a real nice guy, very accommodating, and not overly "aggressive" in the use of conventional/invasive medicine.I would recommend him to anyone looking for a primary care physician.
Very good doctor
I'm 42 years old. I've lived all over the country and had many doctors. Dr Yigazu is by far the best doctor I have ever had. My wife and I both go to him and love him.
Doctor was completely distant--never made eye contact and kept interrupting me when I spoke. I received a prescription which their office keeps sending to a pharmacy which does not stock the medication. Extremely difficult to communicate with the office. Only saving grace is the receptionist--she was very polite. I will not be returning.
Great human and doctor. Highly recommended.
I love Dr. Yigazu!!!! I been going to him for a long time he has been a wonderful doctor since my last doctor left.He really knows his stuff And he actually care for his paitents. I hope he stays with us for a long time.
Hes a great listener, Went once and he gave me advice and gave me the right medication. Unlike many doctors he was attentive and careful with prescribing anything that could interact. He was thorough and very polite! GREAT Doctor to be honest !
Great listener! He is also very attentive and knows how to make you feel comfortable and takes the time to explain.
I think with my coverage this is all I can do . Things were pretty chaotic . The staff is AMAZINGLY sincere here. I was challenged about my health concerns at times and wanted the Dr to listen to me just a little bit more. Overall I was prescribed medication to help me so that's good. Unfortunately both bathrooms were out of order which has nothing to do with the service but facility.
Dr. Yigazu seems like a good doctor. However, the office staff are really not helpful. I called to submit my payment over the phone, and after multiple calls straight to voicemail, I got a hold of someone and half way through me telling her my credit card number, she told me she's going to have to call me back. And then she never did. It's also been over 2 weeks now since I requested a referral, and I still haven't received it. The insurance company said this is a quick process, so I don't know what the hold up is. Every time I call, I either get nobody or get through and am told I will be "called back" and don't receive a call back at all. It's an easy process. If the office staff is reading this, please just acknowledge that saying "I'll call you back" usually means you'll call back in a matter of hours, not a matter of days (if at all).
Very understanding Doctor, great rapport with me,,,,would definitely recommend.....
It's very difficult to get ahold of the doctor and they don't return phone calls. I'm in some pain now and pretty worried but I guess that wasn't that important to them.
Dr. Yigazu is truly one of a kind. He got me in right away, was more polite than any Dr. I've ever met, took time and his "bedside" manner is second to none (I was not hospitalized but he was so polite and kind).
If you need a doctor, he’s your guy!
He took his time and provided thoughtful care. Very happy.
Made transitioning to a new PCP in a new state an enjoyable experience, which was wonderful considering past experiences within the same city seemed like pulling teeth. The Dr himself is warm, patient and takes the time to listen to and address patient concerns. Very pleased and I think even if my insurance no longer covered his care, I would continue to utilize Dr Yigazu's practice for services.
As a recent Chicago transplant, I was nervous about finding a new doctor for myself and my child. Dr Yigazu quickly put those fears to rest. He has excellent bedside manner, spends as much time as necessary addressing concerns and go over possible options regarding various issues. He is warm and when I had a freak out about a situation regarding my child who was visiting a relative out of state, Dr Yigazu made himself available via phone/text to address my concerns and provide advice. This was going above and beyond and I am truly grateful!
Very friendly, caring and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr Solomon to my friends and families.
