If you are looking for a doctor who is empathic and comforting, Dr. Roach is not the doctor you’re looking for. I have never had a doctor who reacts irritated when you question why they’re suggesting something or why they would like you to take a medication (I am mostly someone who prefers natural options and I have had an ongoing problem with being comfortable with something I take daily). I understand her suggesting medication as this is a medical facility but she is very close minded and rude if you question her methods. Most of her suggestions felt lazy as if she didn’t want to put more effort in and her bedside manner is extremely poor. I understand being personable isn’t something required but if you’re someone like me who’s looking for the doctor who will go the extra mile; this is NOT Dr. Roach or her staff (with the exception of one nurse who may be the only person in the facility with actual concern for the patients).

Dr. Roach stepped-in for Dr. S who was unavailable for an appointment. She was a good listener and clearly understood my needs and made accurate recommendations for medication. Plus, she gave me great info on saving money on my prescriptions. It was a great appointment.

Upon second appointment with Dr.Roach she was extremely rude and even got an attitude with me when I asked her to repeat was she asked. I felt belittled by her and my concerns I have about my health. This Dr needs to have a little more compassion for her patients and what they are trying to explain to her. Failed to fill medication after dosage was changed, and still have not received any phone call about my blood work. Canceled upcoming appointments with her and will not longer have her caring for my medical needs.

Kept me informed of my appointment. I was in so quickly that It took me longer to fill out first time patient paperwork than waiting for doctor getting blood drawn and out. Still filling paperwork when checking out. I am not saying they are so fast that they are not thorough. All my questions were answered.

This was the first time I saw Dr. Roach, and I was pleased with my appointment. She listened carefully and asked questions to get a good idea of my medical history. She offered several options to deal with problems I asked about and gave me all the time I needed to ask questions. I will definitely come back and would recommend her to family and friends.
