This was my first visit at Corewell Urgent Care and I was very pleased with my experience. The office was very nice, the staff was pleasant and efficient and the Doctor was excellent! I didn’t have to wait long. I would highly recommend this office.

even though it’s offered, do NOT book the appointment through Zocdoc. when I arrived, the office could see that I had made an appointment, but no appointment TIME was booked. They had to send me a link to continue verifying info (that had already been done on Zocdoc), and patients who came in after me were seen first. very aggravating. 30-45 minute wait time, once taken back to a room, too.

The doctor got it right. Took the extra steps to ensure that my son got the core medicine due to his dietary needs (no other urgent care or pediatrician ever did this). This alone made me comfortable that she knew what she was doing. It was late and we were the last appointment but she was a little tough on the way she asked her questions to get to the bottom of the situation. Either way she was great. Protect her with all your might, this one is a good doctor that knows what she is doing.

They are very fast and friendly. The provider and nurses were up front with what to expect (I went in with an injury). They made sure I had a clear understanding and what they were treating me with as well as what to do should I still experience issues in a few days. I am very thankful for their kindness and support. Bonus… I don’t think I even waited 10 minutes to be seen after checking in!

My family and I have been visiting this urgent care for several years whenever needed and have always had positive experiences. However, during my visit today, I was seen by a different provider than usual, named James Wood. Unfortunately, I found him to be unhelpful and dismissive, which made me feel that my health concerns were not taken seriously. I have never been seen by this provider before, and in the future, I will be requesting to see a different practitioner during my visits.

We were the only one in the office and dr came 40 min after the staff did the preoperatory things, the dr didn’t even visit my son and she were sure that we had to go to the ER for our concern.

Made an appointment for 8:45, wasn’t seen until well after 9:45. What’s the purpose of an appointment if the provider isn’t going to respect my time? Also felt very rushed, barely had a chance to talk about symptoms/concerns. Felt very much like they wanted us out of there as quickly as possible (which would make sense considering how late they were running). Not my problem you can’t adhere to an appointment time - or even remotely close to it.

After all I re-booked there. You need to improve something to work properly.

Personally I went to a follow up health check and they first didn’t want to do that because I don’t have insurance and second it because a of the type injuries .

The registration was confusing and time consuming. When I arrived at the Urgent Care facility I had to register again. I spent most time registering over and over again than I spent with the Doctor, The system needs to be fixed or I will not use it again.

The service provided was adequate, office was clean and staff was nice. My concern was waiting 3 hours before we were seen. Also, despite completing all of the information requested on Zocdoc, I was told that the info didn’t transfer and I had to repeat completing a lengthy profile.

They took one Covid test, and took my temperature and wrote it off as a cold. I told them my coworker had pneumonia and they ran no extra test, did not write me a prescription, nothing. It was like they rushed me in and out and asked no questions. 10/10 do not recommend.

I've been to this Urgent Care many times. It is always clean. The staff is very nice. This last time I was there was the longest I had to wait. They were short staffed & there were many sick people who made appointments & there were some walk-ins. The receptionist was very nice. I was standing in an area where no one was (close to the receptionist). I was being seen for a UTI, I didn't want to be near the people who were sick. After a while the receptionist offered me a chair near her. I was very appreciative for that. Even though I waited almost 2 hours to be seen, it wasn't that bad.

I booked an appointment online, still a 30-45 minute wait before being seen. Once I was taken to an exam room everything was quick and professional, they got my prescriptions sent right to the pharmacy before I had even left. Great overall service and care.

Dr. Cipa was polite, personable, empathetic, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and I felt she was listening to me and not just hearing me talk. Although she was busy I never felt rushed. I left feeling at peace and thankful I was able have her as the Physician and confident I had the right clinic and Doctor for this ailment. Thank you Doctor for making my visit a good one!

This was my second time dealing with them having an ekg machine with issues. 3 sets of leads and using tape to keep them in my body. plus the machine not coming online. They need a new machine. I will not go back to this office. The nurse was very nice. The equipment is poor.

I've been very happy with this Urgent Care. I've made many appointments for my reoccurring UTI's. The staff has always been pleasant during my visits. My son has been there a few times & they have treated him the same way. Just yesterday I took my mother in law who is 92, and wasn't able to get an appointment with her regular doctor. Although waiting a little bit, they were very thorough. It has always been very clean the I have gone there. Antibiotics were prescribed for a sinus infection. I highly recommend this Urgent care.
