I was in for ear discomfort. She was very professional. She asked me about the symptoms that I had. She explained what my cause discomfort to my ear and how she's going to treat it. She goes further more in taking sample to do test on (which the other ear nose throat specialist didn't do) to make sure that nothing serious had going on. She's surely take away my worry.
I was very satisfied about this visit with Dr Thanh-Van Nguyen and definitely recommend her to other who seek for the same specialist like me.

Very matter-of-fact, clearly very comfortable and skilled at the procedures she does. She did my tonsillectomy and I followed her instructions during the healing process (take your meds like clockwork and force yourself to eat) and at my one-week post-op appointment my scars looked closer to two weeks old and I experienced little to no pain. Dr Nguyen was friendly and reassuringly direct- very appreciated for my first time under general anesthesia with only my little sister to look after me!
