About Dr. Siamak Yasmeh
Siamak Yasmeh, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic and spine surgeon at Los Angeles Orthopedic Surgery Specialists, providing complete orthopedic spine care to East Los Angeles, Wilshire, Santa Fe Springs, Pico Rivera, Tarzana, Encino, Valencia, and Montebello, California. Dr. Yasmeh attended the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), earning his bachelor’s degree and graduating summa cum laude (highest distinction). He graduated medical school from the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California (USC) and completed an orthopedic surgery residency. He then went on to complete a spine surgery fellowship at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Dr. Yasmeh diagnoses and treats various musculoskeletal problems at Los Angeles Orthopedic Surgery Specialists. These include sciatica, disc herniations, spinal stenosis, and spinal trauma. He takes a minimally invasive treatment approach whenever possible, emphasizing therapies that lead to the fastest possible recovery. He has authored peer-reviewed papers in leading journals such as Spine and presented at national and international conferences. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, AOSpine North America, Lumbar Spine Research Society, and the Society for Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery. Away from work, Dr. Yasmeh enjoys mentoring surgeons in training, skiing, travel, and live music.

This is the worst place on earth! Horrible service, screwed up my authorization, can’t get a hold of anyone from the staff. Alma the manager made many promises to get my authorization completed, and she never follow through! They don’t care about their patient!!!! I can’t believe I wasted few months there with no treatment cuz the horrible staff! If you going to go there! Don’t, find someone else, that’s what am doing now! I will take a legal action against this cruel individuals.

I found Dr. Yasmeh to be very nice however his assessment of my issue was completely inadequate and not very thorough. His suggestion was merely to take anti-inflammatories rather than get to the root of the issue. I will be looking for another orthopedist.

Dr. Yasmeh is a great addition to this office. He was my surgeon at another office closer to where I am but I drove the 2.5 hours just to keep him as my surgeon! He was completely worth the drive!

Went in with muscle pain and got an X-ray immediately. Very communicative and friendly staff who also offered referrals to various labs for MRIs if my issue persisted.

I’ve been having back problems for years, recently it’s been really bad can’t even walk to good. I found Dr Yasmeh online, I called and they booked me an appointment within a week, they also did X-rays on my back right there and then and the Dr was able to go over the X-rays with me the same day of my appointment.

I would definitely recommend Dr.Yasmeh. He was a great listener and explained all my questions and concerns regarding my condition and pain. I know that some doctors doesn’t like when their patient googled about their symptoms and become paranoid for all the worst scenarios, but he was very understanding. All the staffs at the office were kind and friendly! Thank you :)
