He attended the University Of Houston College Of Optometry and earned his Doctor of Optometry degree in 2004. Dr. Bui attended additional post graduate residency at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Baltimore from 2005-2006, focusing on ocular disease management.
Dr. Bui is a member of the Texas Optometric Association, Northeast Texas Optometric Society, and a member of the American Optometric Association. He was also the past president of the North East Texas Optometric Society, a member of the Texas Optometric Association, and a member of the American Optometric Association.

The entire staff was friendly and efficient. I especially liked how Dr. Bui took the time to rxplain the use of a new piece of equipment to his assistant as he used it on me. It demonstrated his patience and willingness to be through with patients and staff. Everything procedure that was done was rxplained.
A pleasant visit.

I was a little hesitant to see a new optometrist after having seen the same one for as long as I can remember, but Dr. Bui's staff and his knowledge and quality of care were remarkable. He and his staff talk you through all procedures and are extremely helpful.

Best eye visit ever!! Everyone was so kind and helpful. It was the most thorough eye visit I have ever had (and I've had glasses for 16 years). I felt like I was their top priority and I had a blast with the girls when it came time to pick out my new glasses. So happy to have found Dr. Bui and his amazing team.
