I treat not only the usual medical problems that all primary care doctors treat such as colds, headaches, strains and sprains, etc. but also more complicated issues such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease, lung diseases and kidney, stomach and colon problems. I also treat skin issues such as rashes and skin lesions (both cancerous and non-cancerous).
But what I really love most is providing wellness and prevention services to my patients because I believe that staying well to the greatest extent possible throughout life is the key to controlling your future rather your future controlling you.
One could say that the overriding theme of my practice is:
Helping my patients stay healthy, active and mentally sharp as they go through life.
As part of our wellness program we provide Annual Physicals, Health Risk Assessments, Advanced Fracture Risk Assessment for detection and monitoring of osteoporosis, Cardiovascular Risk Assessments and Vascular Screening for detection of carotid artery disease, abdominal aneurysm and PAD (poor circulation in the legs) among other wellness services.
