My vitals were recorded/communicated incorrectly between providers, the appointment never showed up in their system so I had to wait over an hour as a walk-in. However, the front office staff was able to correct my own error in the pharmacy location I had originally told the provider- they were very nice and helpful in fixing my mistake. Everyone was very very nice, I just wish the attention to detail would have been more robust.

When I go there, which is 2.0 mile away from me, they didn’t accept my insurance card, however during making an appointment it was successfully accepted and even I called to make sure if my insurance is truly accepted. And one of their stuff talked to me approved saying “yes, sure”
