It was great. Loved the staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. Office did get a bit crowded (might have been the time of day) but the secretaries passed out bottled water to patients waiting so that was nice.

The physician was excellent. However, the offices were dirty and the reception staff was unprofessional and poorly trained. I waited 20 minutes for the receptionist to figure out how to check me out and take my payment.

I had been to see Dr. Stokkerman once before 2+ years ago (March 2014). I did not mention this to Dr. Stokkerman, but I almost did not return. The PA (not sure if she was a PA) told me the "tension" in my eyes meant that I was a candidate for Glaucoma - something I had never been told before in 50 years of wearing contacts/glasses and seeing an eye doctor.
When I got to the office yesterday, they no longer had my medical records (went electronic and only saved back 2 years) - so I was in my appointment for almost 2-1/2 hours. Did not expect that, but understand - and the student doctor I saw was very nice and thorough, as was Dr. Stokkerman. And to my delight, my eyes checked out quite well.

I was not happy with the experience. Only one person said anything about the long wait. I found the MA to be very pleasant but she asked me about my medications instead of reading them to me from the EMR and confirming if I am still on them. There was an additional 15 minute wait from MA visit to doctor. Doctor spent most of time on computer or exam without much interaction until the very end when I was leaving. At the check out desk I waited an additional 10 minutes standing there waiting for the front desk person to update my file. No interaction occurred at this time either. I would recommend that the office do a full review of customer service and satisfaction.
