“The doctor was great, listened to my concerns and was overall very nice and professional. The staff could use some improvement in customer service. For example, I was contacted about my insurance and was given a little bit of a hard time. I was then contacted about an hour later to confirm my appointment that was the next day. They could have taken care of that in the 1st phone call. At the office, I had to answer several questions on a tablet. When I handed the tablet back to the associate, she was busy looking at her phone, while I sat there across from her watching her play on her phone. I had to ask if we were all done so I didn't have to sit there staring at her. Then, the associate started asking me questions that I had already answered on the tablet. The overall attitude was a bit unprofessional, but maybe she was new.”

About Dr. Samantha Meredith

Dr. Meredith earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from The Ohio State University College of Optometry. Following optometry school, Dr. Meredith elected to complete an additional year of residency training in Ocular Disease at the Dayton Veterans Affairs Medical Center. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Walsh University. Dr. Meredith enjoys all aspects of optometry, especially primary care, contact lenses, and managing ocular disease. She is passionate about educating patients and meeting their individual needs. Dr. Meredith enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, and reading in her free time.
