the doctor fixated on my weight after the OBGYN appointment and actually told me "" eating less and working out wouldn't work for me "" and essentially insinuated I starve myself . went as far as saying "" if I was in a survival situation others would starve but I'd be ok"" I know I'm fat I'm 5'9 250lbs I was just put on thyroid meds for a underactive thyroid so it felt like all this was extremely unnecessary and unprofessional when I was there for my annual wellness OBGYN visit from a doctor not a dietician

Clean, Professional, Efficient, & Friendly!
This was my first appointment with Dr. Walter's office. Very pleasant staff greeted me quickly. I was called back in less than 10 minutes for vitals and then shown directly to Dr. Walter's office to meet him before the exam. I moved to an examining room after and he arrived promptly with a nurse to complete my exam, then met with me AGAIN after in his office to discuss next steps.
Dr. Walter's communication towards me was direct, friendly, and kind. I have to say it was nice to be dressed for most of my appointment! I didn't feel rushed through it or uncomfortable sitting in a paper gown to discuss my medical needs. I felt respect in all ways and genuine concern from both Dr. Walter and his staff.

I would definitely go back. I was a little apprehensive on my way there but once there I felt very comfortable, the ladies at the front desk were really nice and helpful, then I saw the doctor and he made me feel very comfortable. I’m definitely going to recommend him to all my friends and family.

I have shared with several of my friends. How I fill out over and hours worth of paperwork, which Walters never looked at. His 1st question was "why are you here" when I said Menopause and a women's wellness check up. He look at me over his glasses and said " you need biometric surgery" Wow I was so taken back but said nothing. He spent the next 10 min. looking up Dr. for me to go see. I just set there with my head down. When he finally had me go to the exam room. Where the nurse was an was a witness he said very little other than "hand me a bigger spectrum, I can see anything. " He did the exam and then told me to meet him in his office. He proceeded by telling me "because of your size I really couldn't see or feel anything" but if you feel you need something to help you with your night sweats and so forth.. let look at a certain drug and then he went on to his phone and followed a questioner of whether the drug was suitable for me or not... He answered the questions out load, and I had to correct him several times because he assumed because I'm a size 18 that I was diabetic, high blood pressure, and cholesterol problem... which I quickly corrected him.. that I have none of those things. To sum up my experience. I cried on the way home and was very upset about the whole experience for days. I WILL NEVER go back to him and I've told several of my friends of my experience. If you not of small feature and having a baby.. this man will treat you terribly.

This is one of the best experiences I have had with a New GYN.
He took the times to go over any issues/problems that I had. He went over my previous history to make sure everything was correct.
The examine was pretty painless and make me feel comfortable. After the examine I went back to his office to discuss the results and what my next steps were. Dr Walter is an excellent OBGYN and I would recommend him! PS His staff is awesome too. Thank you.

First of all, Dr Walter sits down with you at his office to understand the issues you have. Then he proceeds to examine you. I really appreciate his willingness to get to the source of my problem, which has been ignored by four obgyns before him. I don't mind the wait before my appointment, Dr Walter takes his time with his patients and does not make you feel rushed.

The visit was painless, easy, and informative. I usually dread my annual exam and haven't had a doctor I liked in a long time. Instead of a table to lay on uncomfortably with your feet out and your legs getting tired they have a chair tilts back and that alone makes everything so much better. Every one from the front desk to the doctor were both friendly and professional. I will definitely be making this my primary doctor.

Dr Walters is a unique physician. He doesn't use a one size fits all approach, he asks questions and he listenes.
