Tierra R. Hurd is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She graduated from Kettering College and received her masters of physician assistant studies from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine. She began her PA career in general dermatology at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland Ohio. She then transitioned to subspecialized dermatology with primary focus in cutaneous oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. She treats a wide range of dermatologic skin conditions including, but not limited to, skin cancer, eczema, psoriasis, and acne. Tierra is an active member of American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA). In her free time Tierra enjoys Broadway shows, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. She also enjoys running and has completed 3 half marathons and the NYC marathon.
