Although I did not see Tiffany, Dr. Paul Patsalis and the staff was very helpful. There was very minimal wait time and the office is very clean. I'd definitely recommend visiting Bay Ridge Family Eyecare.

Dr. Lau is professional, knowledgeable, and warm. Dr. Lau takes the time to clean the machines down prior to each patient, which is a huge plus for me. The office staff is very friendly and professional as well. Another excellent experience with this office.

They were awesome, and I was able to get in and out with no problems. They had me fill out a simple form because it was my first time there, had my eye exam, and picked out my frames in less than 30 minutes. I was told they should be ready by Monday. Definitely recommend them to everyone!

This is my second visit, twice now i have left with glasses i don't wear they don't work still can't see. Wouldn't recommend this place at all. The Dr is sweet but not sure she knows what she is doing

Dr Lau is a real sweetheart. The nicest eye doctor that I have met in a mightly long time. I informed her that I am hard of hearing. She modulated her voice to accomadate my hearing problems and I did not have any difficulty in following her directions during the exam. For part of the exam she used computer assisted equiptment. I had come for an eyeglass exam but as luck would have it my cataracts have just gotten too serious to ignore. Dr Lau recommended that I visit an Ophthalmologist and take care of the cataracts first. I asked her if she knew of any Ophthalmologist in the Bay Ridge Area and she mentioned some and the different methods that they use. So its off to the Ophthalmologist and than back to Dr Lau for some new glasses. I do realize it will take some time to complete the process Dr Lau demostrated with the eye model the situation involved. Also before I sign off have to give tribute to the lady and young man in the front office that were very helpful with my insurance questions and very pleasant to deal with. The office is very clean.

the first thing I noticed when i walked in was how clean everything was. The next thing i noticed was after only 3 steps in I was warmly and professionally greeted by the front desk. I tend to be pretty nervous when Dr.'s start to poke around my wide open eyes. Dr. Lau must have sensed this as she quickly put me at ease with her gentle bedside ("chairside" actually) manner. Thanks for the quick diagnoses and great advise. I will recommend every Brooklynite i know to you practice.
