“The audiologist Jajita was terrific as was Dr. Berth. However John at the front desk called me as I was driving to the office to inform me that I did not have an appointment, but told me to come in anyway. When I arrived he said that my appointment was not confirmed only a request. I told him that I received an email from Zocdoc stating that my appointment was booked and to fill out the e-forms. I showed him the email and, bordering on rude, he kept insisting that it was only a “request”. So my question for zocdoc…when I receive an e mail stating my appointment is “booked” do I take that as a confirmation or a request? I have gone to this office for about twenty years and when Dr. Elizabeth Kennedy owned it it was a wonderful environment, warm and friendly. Definitely not what it used to be.”

Due to various medical reasons, I have been visiting numerous doctors' and specialists' offices (both locally and throughout the country) over the last few years. My visit with Dr. Leach-Berth was, hands down, one of the most positive experiences I have had. She explains everything very clearly and is exceptionally informative, making you feel comfortable and welcomed right away. Dr. Leach-Berth went above and beyond the norm to make very last-minute accommodations for me (a new patient at the time). It is clear when you visit with her that she truly loves what she does and has a passion for it in every aspect. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Office changed my appointment time before confirming with me. I did not go because that was not a good time for me. They should have waited for me to call back before changing the time, especially as a potential first time patient.
