Hearing disability and audiologists statistics in New York 

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) released disability estimates among 18+ adults in New York, including hearing disabilities. The hearing disability numbers in 5 years stood at around 3.5% of adults in 2016, 3.7% in 2017, and 4.9% in 2018. It was the highest in 2019 at about 5%; in 2020, it was about 4%.
