MA and PA were wonderful!!!!
The front office woman was rude, argumentative and dismissive. I had significant issues with communicating my insurance coverage and wanted even to pay cash; she refused.
Good thing the care was good because she was really upsetting to me

I arrived, they took 20 minutes to process paperwork then after waiting 10 more minutes, they told me they couldn’t take me because I was 30 minutes late. I was the only person in the waiting room.

As always, Tim is always professional but also caring and friendly. He spent time preparing the wound and dressing. Tim explained everything and provided materials in case they are needed. I prefer Tim to other PA's and would highly recommend him.

As always everyone is so helpful and caring. When you are feeling under the weather its great to be met with a smile and prompt attention - awesome. Dr. Holsbeke is a wonderful doctor, great bedside manner - a real professional and a caring doctor.
