The staff was friendly and professional. The doctor was one that is all business and a straight shooter, who knew what she was looking at. I get the impression that she is not afraid of saying "I DON'T KNOW, lets test and be sure", because that is what she did. Not in an upsell way, but genuinely trying to provide the correct treatment.

Tina was awesome. She was thorough and nice. You can tell she has quite a bit of experience. She was communicative and answered all of my questions. I will ?? return for any skincare needs or concerns.
The office staff was super efficient and polite. I appreciated that I was able to check in online before getting to the office.

I had my first appointment today with Dr. Finesmith and it was great. I found her caring and professional. The entire team from front office, Jennifer and Dr, Finesmith met all expectations.

Dr. Finesmith was not friendly, did not explain things well, and did not seek to understand my situation. She jumped to prescribing something before really asking me any questions. I will not be coming back.

She is not friendly. Makes you feel bad for what you are currently doing. If you are not sure of something she will correct you and make you feel worse. I was uncomfortable with her and glad my appointment was between 5-10 because I wanted out of there

The dorctor is good and professional. But it is very difficult to reach via the receptionist phone. I suppose to make a call for a follow up and prescription after my visit. I called several times before I can speak to the receptionist. She took down the message I suppose to give to doctor Finesmith, and I never heard back from that. Called a couple times, all ways busy line...

Just came in for an annual skin check and was left in the waiting room for over an hour - no one said anything to me. When I was finally seen by the doctor (for 5 minutes or less) she remarked my good skin was “bad for business”. Definitely trying to upsell on cosmetic options.
