Dr. Zecca completed a Pediatric residency at UMDNJ-NJMS after which she completed a fellowship program in Allergy/Immunology also at UMDNJ-NJMS. She was an assistant clinical professor in AI at UMDNJ where she currently holds a faculty position. Dr. Zecca has served on the NJ Allergy & Immunology Society of NJ as program director and worked up the ranks to President of the society in 2008. She is currently on the executive committee of the society. In 1998, she founded the Monmouth County Food Allergy Support Group and serves as medical director currently, She belongs to numerous medical organizations including the College of Allergy and Immunology and the Academy of AI. Dr. Zecca is a medical advisor on the board at Bayshore Fitness Center. Her areas of interest include food allergy and pediatric immunology.

Dr Zecca is a kind, caring and professional. I trust her & value her opinion! The office staff is polite, professional and caring also. Dr Zecca has helped me through many problems with asthma. I have learned how to handle my asthma problems and thereby keep me in a better & healthier place!

She finds the root of the problems at hand, offers recommendations and options and offers support throughout any medical processes.
