Dr Borenstein and his staff are professional and friendly. The doctor listens attentively to what you have to say and discusses the treatment plan in detail. Even though it's a busy practice, you don't feel rushed during the appointment, which is rare these days. This is the second time our son is being treated by dr. Borenstein. The first time a surgery was needed and our son's wrist healed perfectly. We are very grateful to be in his care.

I finally found a doctor who listens and explains to me what's happening with my body. Dr. Borenstein took the time to be transparent about my procedure and what's required to remedy my ailments.
Despite a busy waiting room, the staff is thorough and really patient with people. You can tell they have a good system from intake to check out.
I won't minimize the quality of my visit because the wait was longer than I expected. There were several late arrivals and I know health systems are understaffed. I've been to many doctors who had no wait and still rushed through the visit. With that said, I'm happy to wait longer for doctors who are great at what they do.

Dr. Borenstein was able to provide a diagnosis right away and was overall professional and polite. The office was overbooked, and I had at least 20-minute wait times in between events(Waiting room, called into a 2nd waiting station, to my room, getting to talk with Dr. Borenstein finally). Very mixed feelings towards my first experience.

Dr. Borenstein is a wonderfully attentive doctor. Who spent as much time as needed with me to explain my injury and what next steps look like. His bedside manner was kind, relaxed, and knowledgeable.
By contrast, I had a bad experience with another practice before I booked this one, where the physician didn't even bother to see me and sent one of his fellows instead- the fellow rushed me through the visit, and gave me some bad advice too (beware teaching hospitals is all I'll say).

I felt like I had to beg for his attention.
He sent me home. And at that night I had to go to the ER because I was on a high emergency.
When I told him I was in pain he only says “take Tylenol” felt like he was on a rush to get somewhere and didn’t care about my health until I pushed.

Everyone in the office was very friendly and accommodating. My doctor was a bit late because he was in surgery. He and the staff apologized for the wait, which was nice! I didn't mind the wait. It happens when you're a surgeon.

Appointment went well for my son and the doctor that checked my son was nice and answered all of my son’s concern about his ankle and knee. The office was really clean. The only problem with me was the parking which I needed to pay $6 for just over an hour of stay at the office.

Well, it was really short. An assistant gave me a quick X-ray. Then the doctor looked at my condition and listened to my complaints of pain and said there is a possibility of a surgery in the future but for now all he could do was order physical therapy for me. And he also gave me an order for an MRI and an EMG and pages of some exercises I can do.
