I got my x ray done and they never followed up or sent me my results. This resulted in a major delay to get my MRI done. They have been no help in recovering my imaging.

I arrived at the clinic before my scheduled appointment time. About 15 minutes after my appointment had passed, I asked why I hadn’t been called yet and was told that the doctor was at lunch. I then asked why appointments were being scheduled during the doctor’s lunch hour, but I did not receive a response.
After waiting about 20 more minutes, I was finally called in. The doctor greeted me and asked how I was doing. I explained that I was still in pain and mentioned that I had brought my MRI results on a CD. However, he seemed dismissive and said they could retrieve the information themselves. He then left the room, returned briefly to tell me that I would need to see a specialist, and left again. Later, a nurse came in and gave me an appointment form for the specialist.
Overall, the experience was disappointing. I felt that my visit was unproductive, as the doctor did not examine my neck or shoulder even though I clearly stated I was in pain.

I could tell it was hectic the moment I got to the office. All in all, I'm in the service industry as well where you provide services to people... and part of the beauty of it is that you create a magic for the guest that shows up. You don't show how stressed you are and that everything is a complete mess. I don't need to hear from my doctor that someone called out and the office is in complete chaos. I can hear it outside the door everybody frantic and talking over each other. I am sitting here nervous about the possibility of getting surgery and now I have to be stressed about my surgeon being too overbooked and only get 5 minutes with him? No thank you. The office did not make me feel comfortable and I'd rather go somewhere else where someone is paying attention.

The lobby was packed with people but I was seen really quickly. They run a tight ship so if you are coming for an initial visit and want a long time with the doctor… this might not be the place for you… but I found the doctor to be thorough and kind and fast.
