Dr. Miller himself was excellent. He explained things clearly and viewed the visit as an education opportunity for me. However, a lot of the exams that I normally see done by the Dr. were done by the staff. More importantly, when I declined to get glasses from the location due to excessive cost, the specialist failed to release her request for insurance to pay for glasses, causing an administrative nightmare that prevented me from getting a new pair for 3 days (my old pair had broken after 2 years of use). Ultimately I had to have Aetna do time-consuming override to get my glasses.

The entire process was professional and enjoyable. I interacted with three individuals - 1) the assistant/technician who worked with me on the paperwork and performed the various tests, 2) the doctor who performed the examination and 3) the optician who provided information about the lenses and frames. Each one was friendly and efficient. I was provided with all the necessary information and they answered my questions effectively. I came away very satisfied with the entire experience.

And when it came time to pick my frames the ladies up front have me honest opinionso and helped me narrow it down to the frames I know I'm going to love. I'll totally recommend them to everyone!

The Dr was great!!! Office staff was less than desirable. They never asked me how dark I wanted the transition on my lenses and it is barely noticeable. When I picked up my glasses there was no fitting, they didn't ask me if I could see out of them, they never checked for quality or accurateness. Very upsetting! Not sure I'd go back because of the staff. Loved the Dr! If you can get past the staff, the doc is great!!!!

I really appreciated how friendly, personable, attentive and efficient the staff was. Dr. Miller was also frinedly, but more, he helped me feel comfortable with and in understanding of all of the tests and possible treatment options. They all appreciated my time and my business, and the quality of their service was a testament to that!

Excellent staff and service. Dr Miller is a very smart guy and very good at what he does. He is not afraid to be brutally honest if he needs to be. The staff was very friendly and fostered an overall inviting atmosphere, better than your average Dr's office. They seem to use the latest technology and even have replaced the dreaded "puff of air" test performed by most eye doctors with a much more pleasant, apparently more accurate machine. I have planned to make this my regular eye doctor.

Dr. Miller has an excellent 'chairside' manner, and a calming, almost zen-like presence during examinations and discussion. His offices are inviting, imaginative, and low-lit (appreciated by those with sensitive eyes), and my overall patient experience was positive.

Dr. Miller was welcoming to me as a new patient and made me feel totally comfortable. He was kind enough to explain the results of my tests to give me an understanding of their importance and meaning, which I greatly appreciate! I was the first patient of the day, and they were able to see me without delay, so I hardly missed any work time. Thanks Dr. Miller!!

This was my first time visiting Dr. Millers office. The staff was very friendly, the seats were comfortable and most of all Dr. Miller is awesome. He is very courteous, friendly and informative. I never had the feeling that I was being upsold on products or services that I didn't need or want. Dr. Miller has a great talent for explaining things in a way that is very easy to comprehend and understand. I would recommend Visualeyes to everyone even if you have a current eye doctor or you are new in town. Thank you for the exceptional care and customer service. Charles C.
