Dr Fristo is genuine, takes all the time his patient wants, makes you feel important, provides options for treatment if you are not sure which way you care to go as well as information to make an informed decision. Dr Fristo is also "real". Conversations are relaxed and friendly. I am never nervous or feel overwhelmed. Even when he has to tell you something you don't want to hear or deal with, it feels as though he is speaking with compassion rather than out of obligation.

Dr. Fristo is always very professional but also compassionate. He listens and explains things for understanding. I feel very comfortable when seeing him. My visit was a good visit as always. I feel very blessed to have found him after my then doctor retired.

Every time I go and see Dr. Fristo, I have a pleasant experience. From the receptionists that check me in to the nurse that takes me back to the room and to Dr. Fristo himself. It's just always a pleasant experience. It's just an overall great experience every time I need to go in and see him for any reason at all.

(though it would've helped) - Ended up having to get some throat spray

I've used Dr. Fristo for years and he's one of the most personable doctors I've ever experienced. The entire staff at the Independence St. Luke's location have ALL, ALWAYS been; helpful, pleasant, professional, and have never made me feel rushed. I have recommended them to my family and friends.
