My visit was great. Dr Tofik explained what he was doing and was a great listener to what I had to say and showed me patience regarding eye exam. Professional and knowledgeable was my impression and I did not feel as though Dr. Tofik was rushing I generally think he cared to hear what I had to say. Dr. Tofik moved with proficient and confidence. The office is modest but clean and the front desk lady was friendly and professional as well. The wait is understandable it was a Saturday morning and was not inconvenienced by the wait.

Dr. Ali was very nice, and very professional. He was thorough in his exam and worked through all of my concerns. He explained the diagnosis and next steps to me clearly.
The office was clean and the front desk person was very nice.
The only downside was tight parking but I was able to park on the street.

Hopefully this says alot. He performed an eye exam by having me cover each eye one at a time and to read the letters. The middle and bottom row of letters was blurry, i told him they were blurry but i can guess as to what they are and he says i don't need to wear glasses. Smh

Dr. Ali was very professional and explained the state of my eyes using both medical and layman's language. This was my first appointment with Dr. Ali, and I waited for approximately 1 1/2 hours in the waiting room. That was quite a long wait since my appointment was for 10:00 a.m.. However, my observation is that Dr. Ali gives 100% of his attention to his patients; ensuring that they are comfortable and understand their diagnosis and follow-up care. He was very thorough in his explanation of my diagnosis and has state of the art equipment.

I highly recommend Dr. Ali. He was very thorough and professional. However, the wait was extremely long. I missed a work meeting because of this. I would go back, but I would make sure there won't be a time conflict with work in case of a delay.
