Dr. Sakai is my savior. I have battled chronic tailbone pain without relief for 12 years. Today's appointment was a required consult due to my new insurance. I went in today to inquire about a different injection. Dr. Sakai not only listened to my request but he was honest and said he hadn't done that type of injection before but he was not opposed to reading and learning about it. What doctor does that? He took the time to explain the difference between the two injections we were talking about and we then came up with a treatment plan - together. I felt as if I was a partner in my treatment, rather than just going along with what is suggested. Dr. Sakai's bedside manner is warm and engaging but most of all he has genuine concern and compassion for his patients and I am grateful for him.

Very professional. Needed relief from back and leg pain and Dr Sakai reviewed my MRI and concurred with original report. He administered a steroid injection to the painful vertebrae during the visit. Within 12 hours I have noticed a great reduction in pain and have more mobility in back and legs. Need to go back in two weeks for follow-up.

Great experience! You definitely don't find doctors like Dr Sakai now a days. He spent so much time with me explaining my condition and all my treatment options. We decided to go forward with a spinal procedure, he was so gentle and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The great treatment didn't end there. His whole staff was so friendly, cheerful and funny. It's a great feeling to enter a doctors office being greeted with a smile when you are in so much pain.

Very pleased. Very professional staff. Dr. explained things well. He encouraged feedback during procedure. Will definitely return here, if needed.
Dr. Sakai is a true professional. I've had 2 epidural injections in my lower back by Dr. Sakai, and his technique is very gentle and pretty much painless.
The only experience I've had with this kind of treatment for my back. Dr. Sakai was patient, clear in his explanations, and was easy to relax in his presence.
Everyone is very professional and pleasant.
I was very pleased.
