Was very happy with my treatment here and the speed with which I was seen. My only grievance was the blood draw was significantly more painful than normal, but I have no reason to think this is anything more than a one time issue.

Toni G. Perkins, MS, APRN, FNP-C, is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse through the Texas Board of Nursing. She graduated from AMEDD Center & School Combat Medic Course at Ft. Sam Houston, earning her EMT-B certification in January 1998. In May 1999, she graduated from AMEDD Center & School Practical Nurse Course at Ft. Sam Houston, earning her LVN license. She began her nursing career at Brooke Army Medical Center at Ft. Sam Houston, San Antonio, in May 1999, assigned to a Level I Trauma Center. In 2009, she began working for North Central Texas College Vocational Nursing Department as Lead Professor, where she continues to educate and mentor future Nurses. In December 2009, Toni graduated with honors from North Central Texas College, earning her Associate of Applied Science degree with a major in Nursing. She graduated with honors from Texas Woman’s University in August 2013, earning her Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Nursing. She attended Graduate School at Texas Woman’s University, graduating with honors and earning her Master of Science degree with a major of Family Nurse Practitioner in December 2016. In addition, she is a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Toni is a native Texan and lives in Sanger with her husband Jonathan and their four children: Blake, Zack, Brooke, and Kash.
