The clinic was dirty and very cluttered, looked as though much of it was not being cleaned regularly (there were dust bunnies, bits of plastic tubing and other small items visible under furniture in the exam room). There was an extremely loud television on in the tiny waiting room and there were not enough chairs.
Despite filling in the medical history forms online, when I arrived at the clinic they had no record of my online responses and forced me to fill in everything by hand again.
The nurse and doctor did not wash their hands before examining me.

The only reason I like this doctors office is because you can get an appointment at any time, but it takes hours before you see the doctor. Apart from the waiting time, everything is fine.
