Hygiene during blood draw was questionable (no gloves, dirty needle tossed onto the counter), and after labs the doc did not want to discuss results with me, leaving the receptionist (who is great btw) to speculate about the results. Getting this doc on the phone is tough, seems they don’t want much to do with you once you’ve been in and paid your fees.

I didn't really get anything resolved, so to me it seemed to be a waste to go to this appointment. The doctor was nice and everything but he just gave me a vague answer and said I was too young to have any issues...

It had been about 10 years since I had been to his practice. Dr McClung remembered me like it was yesterday. I wouldn't recommend anyone but Dr McClung. Thanks to his staff as well. Everyone treats you like to old friends.

Dr. McClung has excellent bedside manner. He took steps to really understand the source of my problem. I visited other physicians prior to making an appointment with Dr McC.lung. They put me on medicine that made me feel horrible. They did not troubleshoot effectively to identify the root cause. Dr McClung conducted tests to identify the source of my problem and treated the cause versus prescribing medicine hoping it would help.

The wait in the office was due to filling out paperwork. Dr. McClung is very knowledgeablel and very professional. He conveyed information of his findings and of what he was doing very clearly. He asked many questions to get a clear picture of my physical condition and reason for the visit. He conveyed trust, ability, and knowledge and established a friendly atmosphere where you could talk to him.

This is very bad clinic they are liars only they want stealing mony from insurence they dont care about wasting your time. I called them to be sure he is the correct specialist for my case and I did explain every think. They informed me yes the doctor specialist for that just be sure to bring your insurence card. And after the clinic visit and waiting more than an hour doing all paper work and blood pressure test. I surprised the doctor inform me he is not doing like this situation and he is not the correct doctor for my case. So I told him I informed your nurse and your office 2 days ago. Why you wasted my time. He said I am sorry I will give you another doctor name may can help you in other location. So they are thief not doctor. Just stealing my insurence and wasted my time.
