It was kind of slow, was. Sitting in the waiting room for one hour and then when I was taken back to the room I said another 30 minutes before the doctor came in

Tony is a Board Certified Adult -Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, and a US Department of Transportation (DOT) Certified Medical Examiner. He has a very diverse background which includes practicing and teaching Microbiology at University and College levels both in Nigeria and the US; industrial quality control experience in Israel, and working as an Emergency Medical Technician in the US. This was the worse doctors visit I’ve ever had. To begin with, he doesn’t accept appointments through ZocDoc although I booked my appointment through it. When I got there all of the employees were looking at me like “ugh, another patient” and told me there were closing in 30 minutes and that ZocDoc doesn’t notify them anymore of their appointments. Well, I clearly made one so I apologize for the inconvenience, can you please see me ? Attitude was given of course. They saw me but the experience was horrible I was so uncomfortable. I went in for a vaginal infection. I didn’t know what was wrong , but I felt weird. I wanted urine test done only and denied a swab due to being on my menstrual... he let everyone in that office know I denied a swab “for whatever reason” when I clearly told him why I didn’t want one. Sensitivity was definitely not there. Why is it anyone else business what we discussed behind closed doors ? Give them my clipboard and let them discharge me. I was already uncomfortable and embarrassed. Then he decided last minute to prescribe me a medication that he think may help my symptoms as I’m walking out of the door.... thankfully, his subscription did clear up my symptoms and luckily it wasn’t an STD. But, I’m sure everyone around thought it was. I felt very disgusted , irritable and it was very unprofessional. .

Lobby was nice, free coffee and TV. Check in was quick. I do not feel that the assistant used the equipment properly to take my temperature or blood pressure. I know for a fact that the numbers she recorded were correct. The doctor was through in his questions, the exam was brief. However, he took much longer than I felt necessary to input the information in their system and the system for prescription transfer seemed a bit archaic. I was also not happy with the medication prescribed for treatment.
