About Dr. Tony Tran

He is board-certified in family medicine and geriatric medicine by the American Board of Osteopathic Family Physicians. A graduate of Johns Hopkins University and A.T. Still University’s Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Tran is a child of Vietnamese immigrants, is his high school’s valedictorian, and the first in his family to attend college. He is honored to return to his southern roots and serve the greater Houston community. Dr. Tran is interested in evidence-based and preventative medicine. He hopes to inspire his patients to adopt positive lifestyle changes to optimize their health while prioritizing their individual goals and wishes. In his spare time, Dr. Tran likes to play pinball, tinker with electronics, listen to medical podcasts, and spend time with his wife and three daughters. He was also on several reality TV shows—but you will have to ask him in-person which ones.
