Dr. Sidesinger was wonderful She was attentive, followed up with thoughts from the prior session, and she was truly engaged during our sessions. I would highly recommend her!

Dr. Sidesinger is an extremely kind and compassionate person. She is also a very experienced and effective Psychotherapist. Our work together has allowed me to take on my issues with far more perspective, understanding and the ability to find compassion for myself. When we've had to do phone or skype sessions, she does not "phone anything in" (pardon the pun). Finding a good therapist is not easy; Dr. Sidesinger proves that there are good ones out there!

More about Dr. Tracy Sidesinger, PsyD

I have over a decade of experience providing therapy to adults with a variety of psychological needs. I have had a lot of big transitions in my life as I’ve wrestled with issues of faith, divorce, trusting others, and learning to own myself. Very often I felt trapped as if these were only things I needed to sort out on my own - just stop worrying, be better, and keep it all to myself. It took a leap to open up and get help, but I am so glad and grateful that I did. Dr. Sidesinger is very knowledgeable, thoughtful, and kind. She has a remarkable talent for listening, asking questions, and offering insight. I always felt so validated as a person with worth after talking with her, and our sessions empowered me to embrace life in ways I never thought I could. I am so thankful to have worked with her.
I've spent a year and a half seeing Tracy just about every week and for a few months, twice a week. Every session has given me incredible guidance and insight into my own thought process. I am more than grateful for Tracy's open ears and mind. Life doesn't discriminate in what hardships it hands out and I know every week I have a safe judgement-free space be it in-person, online, or even sometimes over the phone. Tracy remembers things about my life and knows what I struggle with on a level that is deeply personal and with great concern for my well-being. I'd recommend her to anyone and I have before, finding a therapist is difficult but Tracy made my decision really easy.
I am a regular patient of Dr. Sidesinger. I have had many therapists. It is hard to find someone who can deal with my personality, but who can also challenge me to think differently. Dr. Sidesinger is compassionate, but firm. Kind, but challenging. She won't let you get away with crap, but she also empathizes well with where you are coming from. Finding a good therapist is hard, and you should start here.
Dr. Sidesinger has an incredible ability to actively listen and ask insightful questions that prompt me deeper and get to the core of the issues. She takes such great interest I feel I am her only patient. She remembers our past conversations and brings them to light in current sessions when it is beneficial to me. I am amazed at the emotional growth I have had in just a years time. I have grown so much it feels like I have been in therapy for years. I have never been as emotionally healthy, thanks to Dr. Sidesinger and her care for me.
I was a patient of Dr. Sidesinger for over 12 months consistently. Her gentle and kind way was very beneficial for me. I found that I was able to navigate thru situations in a very gentle way with her guidance and style. I am thankful for her help and trust. Her professionalism is very impressive and commendable.
Tracy is a very helpful, professional and compassionate person. I saw her regularly for 8 months. During this time she was instrumental in assisting me in personal growth, coming to terms with insecurities and anxieties and becoming a more positive individual. The sessions we spent together were an impetus for positive change in my personal and professional life. I was initially very reticent to meet with someone in Tracy's line of work but her demeanor along with her methods made our sessions cathartic and open. I have in the past seen other professionals and I never quite felt the positive personal progression that I experienced with Tracy. I began our sessions after an acute bout with anxiety and depression and with her assistance I feel more equipped to successfully deal with these issues going forward.
