I plan on going back next time I need to see a PCP. The staff and doctors were all super kind and welcoming. The wait was frustrating, but once I was in my appointment I never had to wait more than 5 minutes at a time. Dr. Browning was so kind, I appreciated her bedside manner and her thoughtful questions. And the staff were all so understanding, especially the nurse who brought me back to the appointment, I wish I had gotten her name. Overall I am very pleased with my experience.

Dr. Browning is kind and detail oriented. I felt comfortable and heard. I raised a few medical concerns during my annual physical that were discussed and addressed with care. Dr. Browning is accommodating, an excellent communicator, and professional. I like the way things were explained regarding preventive care and received tangible bench marks for nutrition and exercise. I plan return and utilize Dr. Browning as my primary care physician moving forward. I’d recommend their service to friends and family.

It went very well. Dr Browning was so awesome and really took the time to listen to everything I had to say. I had a lot of notes to show. I felt very relaxed. No feelings of being rushed. Asked great questions back and forth.
I've had bad experiences with primary docs in the past so I haven't had one in a long time. I feel comfortable with having Dr. Browning as my primary doctor going forward.

The provider was really kind and the office was fine too — but they forgot to send in prescription medications for me and it’s been days; I have called, sent a message through the portal and visited in person now and have yet to get this medication filled. This is forcing me to book another appointment which is very frustrating.

All of All Care's staff I had contact with were friendly, courteous and engaging. In addition, Dr. Browning had one of the BEST bedside manners I've experienced from a heathcare provider. The doctor's approach was casual, yet professional, in addition to being caring and attentive.
Overall, it was a very pleasant and encouraging first-time visit. Today's visit has convinced me I've found my healthcare provider.
