Excellent service, adept at walking me through my lab results. Only thing that would have improved the process would've been digital/online check-in / intake forms.
The wait to be examined was much longer than I anticipated, and I felt like our conversation about next steps to take was overrun by unnecessary fear mongering about the dangers of lifting.
Wait time 45 min is too long. Temp was very cold in office.Heater was not working.
Dr. Gandhi was kind and understanding. She addressed all of my concerns and was helpful in referring me to a specialist. I would highly recommend and will be making her my regular physician.
I visited for my annual checkup and for general consultation. It was very quick. The office doesn't accept credit card for payments. The information I filled up in ZocDoc didn't show up for them and I have to do the paper work again.
Dr. Gandhi is very knowledgeable and a competent physician. She is also very committed to her patients and quite accessible!
Terrible experience, doesn't call back, not confident in the office abilities as a whole.
Staff quite helpful and accommodating. Dr. Gandhi is very down to earth and professional, with an awesome personality, which is a big plus and she was very thorough, another plus! I would definitely recommend her to future patients.
Very unorganized staff. No one was confident on where things were or how things worked. It felt like the nurses and medical assistants were students on their first day. I did not feel like I was in capable hands until the doctor saw me.
My first appointment. Dr Gandhi listen very carefully and understands the situation. Her office staff does not seem to be that capable. Most of the the time she is seen helping her staff to do their job which in fact will keep you waiting a little.
Extremely helpful. Answered any questions I had. Very informative.
Haven't met a more rude and arrogant person in my life...Acts and speaks like she's doing a favor seeing you..All this after making you wait for hours... Had gone in for my annual health checkup...When the results arrived she called me up and asked me to schedule another appointment to collect the results...I was not interested in making another appointment after the bad 1st experience and so asked her to send me my results via email (or any other mechanism)..SHE INITIALLY REFUSED TO SEND ME MY RESULTS and said she can't send me my results since SHE HAD NEVER SEEN ME IN PERSON...WTH!! ....I asked her if she was even aware whom she was talking to?..She started arguing with me in a very menacing tone !!! She's solely driven by greed and people like her bring shame to this noble profession....I'm usually very understanding and seldom give bad reviews to anyone...But doctors like this make me feel sad and scared for humanity so had to review her albeit late....Please do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere ...There are plenty of sane doctors in the valley
She is kind of nice. Had some issue with my insurance and she is nice enough to guide me how to proceed and even ask me about the problem and suggest that I should see a specialist instead.
Zocdoc did not propagate my information. I had to redo all the paper work. Call the doctor directly and get your appointment.
Dr Tripty's office and stuff lacks professionalism. We are not going back.
Very personable and caring manner
She was professional, polite and personable.
I timed the amount of facetime I got from the doctor. It was 13 minutes of which 9 minutes was spent diagnosing and the rest were spent outside of the examination room. Not particularly happy with the experience.
First appt, will keep her as primary physician 8)
I think the two nurses/assistants need to get up to speed with the way Dr. Gandhi wants her office run because it showed a little when she had to tell them every little step at check in.
As always, it was quick and painless. Dr. Gandhi is very nice and professional.
My first visit was exceptional. With the many challenges I been facing with my health, Dr.Gandhi and her staff gave me hope of resolution. I am excited for a healthy future!
We never regret our decision of seeing this doctor. She is straight to the point and very patient too. I would surely recommend for others.
Dr. Gandhi has a wonderful bedside manner and a great personality that instantly puts you at ease. I would recommend both her and her office to anyone who's looking for a new doctor.
Really nice doctor - I'm very nervous person when it comes to seeing doctors; very friendly and supportive doctor; I didn't feel nervous at all.
I love her, she's the best!!!
Satisfactory....She is very friendly.
Very friendly and knowledgable about my condition.
She is Ok but not too extensive in her check-up + somehow she made me wait for more than 30mins. Also, ONLY CASH pls.
She's really good and seems concerned of her patients. I had to w8 a lot this time. But she's really nice, but one thing I would say is this that I was getting suffocated in the waiting area as the AC was not on :(
The doctor is adept at family primary care.
She was very friendly and attentive.
The facilities were ok, but there was no more handsoap in the bathroom, which made me nervous regarding the sanitation of the facility.
Gandhi was very nice..
She is a very efficient doctor. She moved patients in and out in a timely manner. I did not feel rushed in the appointment. She was able to accomplish everything in a short amount of time, and cover all of my issues. I really liked her, and admired her for being so efficient.
I am sure that she is one of the best doctors in bay area.
She was very thorough and really seemed to want to get to the root of the problem! A+ for sure!
Pretty good. I went in for a physical, I was hoping that it was a bit more thorough than a few questions asked here and there.
- I was given Flu Shot when I had cough and cold. - Doctor entered wrong code in blood test requisition because of which my insurance agency refused to pay the claim. I had to go many back and forth with insurance company and then I had no option then to play part of it.
Not the nicest office, not private in waiting room with the questions they ask
It was nice and homely visit for consolation.
Very nice and fast service!
It was good!
booked appt online and left a comment. She said she dosnt read the comments. And dosnt do anything but berth control pills
Good : )
I was taken aback by the staff that worked there, they are not very happy. Felt like I was bothering them. The girl that took my blood pressure and temp was all the girl that did the filing. Patients charts where out in the open for anyone to see. I did feel very rushed with the Dr.
Very brief visit, she seemed nice though.
Office staff was rude.. doctor rushed me along.. made me feel unimportant
Very smart and sweet. Listened, offered direct help and was pleased to be my new GP.
Fantastic experience, very helpful in trying to diagnose problem. Would recommend her to anyone.
I visited Tripty Gandhi for a general consultation. She is good. Listens patiently and answers the questions clearly.
Great doctor! Highly recommended.
