Dr. Durazzo is an excellent Physician! You can tell that he went into the profession for the " right" reasons. He is caring and has great bedside manner. Very knowledgeable and up to date on the latest research. In addition, I enjoyed the fact that he explains everything to me in full detail. I have been to many derms in the past and he is by far my favorite one. You will not be disappointed having him as your new Dermatologist.

Dr. Durazzo had a clear and concise explanation when it came to what I was experiencing on my skin. He was well-versed with what I had and quickly prescribed treatment. The demeanor and professional attitude by him and his assistant made my experience very easy especially since I am a college student going through the adulting process of life.

Trained at both Harvard and Yale, Dr. Durazzo incorporates the latest proven research and evidence based practices to treat a variety of skin conditions, ranging from acne to cutaneous lymphoma. He has published numerous articles in medical journals, and often presents his research findings to other physicians and scientists at national meetings. In practice, Dr. Durazzo enjoys treating both adults and children for a wide range of skin conditions.
Prior to joining Dermatology Physicians of Connecticut, Dr. Durazzo earned a degree in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry from Yale University, followed by his medical degree at the Yale School of Medicine. He then went on to Harvard for his dermatology residency, where he trained at Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston Children’s Hospital, and the Dana Farber Cancer Institute.
When not involved in treating patients or conducting medical research, Dr. Durazzo enjoys going to the gym, playing basketball, and computer programming.

It was a busy time of day so the wait time wasn't bad at all. Its a nice lobby with a TV and with it being my first time there I was filling out some paperwork which made the time fly. I will definitely be going back. They took the time to answer any and all questions I had.

I had rash on my hand that was very persistent. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Dr. Durazzo prescribed medication for me and the rash went away in a matter of days. I am very happy that I found him!

THE INFORMATION THAT I HAD CAREFULLY FILLED OUT AND THAT ZODOC ASSURED ME HAD BEEN SENT TO DR DURAZZO WAS MISSING, SO I HAD TO FILL OUT THE SAME FORMS IN THE OFFICE LOBBY AGAIN.
HIS ASSISTANT NORA WAS TERRIFIC, BUT I FELT THE DOCTOR WAS HURRYING ME THROUGH MY APPOINTMENT, AND I LEFT WITH THE CYST ON MY FINGER STILL UNADDRESSED. HE WAS FRIENDLY BUT SEEMED TO BE IN A HURRY TO GET DONE WITH ME. I FELT RUSHED AND THUS FAILED TO TELL HIM ABOUT THE CYST A SECOND TIME.
I MADE AN 6 MONTH APPOINTMENT TO SEE HIM AGAIN, BUT LEFT FEELING RATTLED. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO ABOUT THE CYST ON MY FINGER.
