I felt that the doctor jumped to a conclusion just because I had travelled not doing any tests - I felt the need to go for a 2nd opinion. I have a compromised immune system which could cause many allergic reactions to many things. Definitely unsatisfied with the visit and will not return to this office.

Being able to make an appointment to be seen by a provider on a weekend let alone a holiday weekend was amazing. If we had gone to a standard Urgent Care they would have referred us to a dermatology office for Monday. This was super convenient.

Nice office but the wait was outrageous! They were so busy and my appointment was at 540 and I got there at 525 to fill out any paperwork and I wasn’t seen until 645. I mean I get it the DR was busy but don’t book appointments like that so close together. I would never go that late in the day again. When I asked the girls at the front desk when will I be seen because everyone that came in after me was seen before me they stated it had to do with insurance and paperwork which didn’t make sense as to why I was waiting 1 hour. Poor scheduling is what I think. The DR was nice and sweet and informative

She was the best health professional Ive ever encountered. Just absolutely phenomenal!
Patient, friendly, reassuring and supportive of my concerns. She came up with reliable solutions to help my itchy skin symptoms. I felt heard, seen, and relaxed the entire visit. I also had other skin concerns that I wanted to address and she provided a safe place for me to talk about it. Usually I am nervous to come for many reasons bc of time constraints for other patient but she did not make me feel rushed.
I was amazed. My skin is healing and feeling tremendously better, I want to cry tears of joy because I’ve been suffering with itchy/dry skin after a contagious contact.
Def will be returning and will be a frequent patient.

As a guy, I initially felt uncomfortable because my rash was near the groin and on my butt. I don’t remember the titles of the two ladies that sat in my appointment, but they made me feel at ease and were very nice people. They were professional but also very sweet and personable. I highly recommend this place.
