The wait was 1 hr 20 minutes. I understand when they say there's an emergency but I had to ask the receptionist to even get that much of an understanding of the delay. She also said they're always slammed on Fridays. Simple solution would be to schedule fewer Friday appointments. Doctor spent max of 5 minutes in the visit. Nice staff but I won't be going back. The practice seems rushed and too large to be effective.
