Dr. Amelia Knight, Family Nurse Practitioner, began her healthcare journey over 20 years ago as a licensed practical nurse, graduating with high honors from TECO/Path of Osceola. She earned her Associate?s in Nursing from Polk Community College, her Bachelor?s from Polk State College, and her Master?s in Nursing with a concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner from South University, Savannah. She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Most recently, she graduated Magna Cum Laude with her Doctor of Nursing Practice, specializing in Leadership, also from South University, Savannah. Dr. Knight has worked in various areas of healthcare, serving our fragile elderly population and younger future generations alike. Her experience spans community health for the underserved, infectious disease, restorative care, hospice, home health, ICU and acute care at several local hospitals, as well as long-term care at multiple skilled nursing facilities.

Great bedside manner, answered all questions and concerns I had. Explained the test and procedures well which helped manage my expectations. From the very beginning, before I even set foot in office, made sure to call and was incredibly transparent about the pricing for all the procedures done.
