My visit to Dr. Fyffe's office was ok. I have a high deductible plan and asked to make sure that the all the tests under the blood work would be covered by the insurance and was told yes. A few weeks later received a bill from the lab charging me for all the tests. The insurance claimed the billing codes submitted weren't covered and when I called the office they weren't very helpful. Another negative aspect is that I had access to my blood test results via the portal but the doctor would not speak to me about it over the phone and I had to take time from work to schedule a follow-up appointment which I had to wait for almost an hour to be seen just to hear exactly what I had read on the test results and on top of it, be charged a consultation fee for wasting my time. A few weeks later, again, I wasted almost half an hour in line at the post office to pick up a letter that required signature sent by the office of Dr. Fyffe. This letter was asking me to call the office to make the appointment which I had already been to even prior to the letter being sent. Definately not going back!

Really fantastic staff and doctor. I’d avoided seeing doctors for a few years because I dealt with such a difficult office before, one that was cold, rude, dismissive, and completely unsympathetic. Dr. Fyffe and her staff far exceeded my hopes in returning to regular doctor visits. Great communication, warm bedside manner, thorough, and explained everything well. I never felt rushed and most importantly, I really felt heard. Thank you so much! I’ll definitely be coming back for any future needs.
