I been seeing this doctor for a year now. Mainly for yearly check ups. Whenever I need a blood test done he always is willing to help. Its great they do it at the location too so I dont have to go elsewhere to do it
The staff is also friendly which makes the environment and vibe of the facility comforting.

Dr. Uy is a wonderful doctor. My husband and I have been seeing him for over twenty years. He is very caring, patient, thorough, and knowledgeable. The staff is very efficient and nice.

Dr. Nguyen was very courteous and professional. I especially appreciated how thorough he was in explaining the care plan, recommended diagnostics and follow ups. He really took the time to get a thorough history and I feel confident in his professional expertise. The only thing that put me off was the lack of prompt and professional service with the front desk women. They could take some lessons in customer service. They did not even look up from their phones and laptops when we arrived. I had to request their attention to let them I was there. Last time I checked, the front desk is the first impression of your business. Dressed in their sweats and paying zero mind to customers is completely unprofessional.

I was apprehensive upon arrival as the office is located in an apartment building. The old saying of never judge a boom by its cover certainly applies here. This office, Dr. Nguyen, and his staff qas absolutely amazing. My care, answets to mt questins and ovetall care was outstanding.

I had to go there twice, once for the initial checkup and again for a follow up. Both trips I had to wait an hour. The office is in a dingy apartment complex. The doctor was a nice guy, but I don't think having to sit in their waiting room inside a strange building was worth it.

The wait was awful, but the doctor was great. He was personable and easy to talk to as a new patient. I am glad to have him as my primary care doctor. I would have been less angry about the wait if I would have been told when I got there that there was a delay. Not knowing how long your wait is makes the wait seem even worse.

The office was located in an apartment building which was a little hard to find. Even upon arriving inside the building it was hard to find the office. There were no windows, and the office was very poorly ventilated and small. The receptionists were friendly enough, one of them kept carrying an air freshener so I guess they are aware of how it smelled in there. I had to wait a while to see the doctor, so if you decide to come here, bring a book!
Dr. Nguyen himself was very friendly and funny, and diagnosed me very quickly and even gave me advice on other questions I had. I would recommend him, but I hope they change the conditions in the office.
